When is my rental fee due?

Your rent is due on the 1st of each month, if payment is not received by the end of day on the 5th day of the month a late fee of $10 is assessed, and your unit will be over locked.

Will I receive a monthly bill?

We do not mail out bills. Bills will be sent via email if you give us your email address. If you need to have an actual paper bill mailed to you we can accommodate that request for an additional charge.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, Check or cash. Online payment options are also available.

What can be stored?

Nearly anything, but here are some exceptions: Flammable, explosive or illicit materials, animals, perishable items, units cannot be used as living quarters.

How tall/wide are your doors?

Door sizes vary by unit size and range from 3’8″ to 8’6″ wide. Our roll-up doors are easy to operate and coil up once opened. If you have specific door requirements, talk to our manager and he or she will find the best solution for your needs and be able to provide specific door measurements.

Do I need to provide my own lock?

You will provide your own lock however we do have locks on site to purchase. Only one lock is allowed per unit. You must keep your unit locked at all times. Locks will be inspected periodically. When you move out you must remove your lock.

Does the facility assume any liability for the property stored?

No, however we offer Safestor property insurance at a very reasonable rate. Or, we recommend contacting your home or renter’s insurance agent. Adding stored goods to an existing policy is usually inexpensive, or may already be covered.

Are surveillance cameras monitored?

The cameras are recording video 24 hours a day but they are not constantly monitored. Management is not responsible for immediately responding to help if required.

May I allow friends or relatives to access my unit?

You have the only key to your unit. Granting others access to your unit is up to you.

What if I or a guest damage a unit, building or fixture on the property?

The tenant shall be liable for any damage to the unit or any building, fixture, or other structure on the premises caused by tenant or his/her agents or guests. Tenant shall indemnify and hold management harmless for any claim or cause of action arising out of tenants use of the premises or any part thereof.

Can I get a refund for partial months?

It is a policy that our storage facility does not issue refunds for partial months rent.

What happens if I lose the key to my unit?

You have the only key/s to your unit. However if you should misplace it, there are procedures to gain access to your unit should this happen. Additional locks are available for purchase onsite.

Is there a long term lease?

No, the rental agreement is month to month.
